During my stay, I was impressed with the amazing location of the hotel. The beach was just a stone's throw away, offering breathtaking views and a chance to spot dolphins while having breakfast. The rooms were spacious, with two large beds that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The staff, including the manager and owner, were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel had several animals on-site, such as owls and parrots, which added a unique charm to our stay.
There were a few issues with the facilities that detracted from the overall experience.

The location and the peaceful atmosphere. The assistance for booking some trips to places around Blackriver.
The service of the restaurant. They were not able to serve what you can expect from a Hotels restaurant like a vairiaty of bevereges or e.i. a choice of fruits or other simple small meals. Then the whole Hotel needs to be fixed, it seemed to me like a ruin in some certain parts. My room contained a broken watch on the Wall and there was no possibility of a tea/coffee heater as they provide in the Website. The Price of 100$ per night is far to high. I am an experienced traveller in Jamaica, I know what you can expect so I would definitely not recommend this place to any other guests.

The location of this beach hotel seems amazing and peaceful with breathtaking views and access to local culture. be cautious as some rooms are not properly mentioned and may have problems with cleanliness and service. Breakfast is delicious and offers local food options. Reservations can also coordinate local tours and events.
Although mostly delightful, sometimes some rooms have poor hygiene conditions that need to be inspected further and addressed by the staff.

Loved our romantic escape! The complementary breakfast and beach chairs were lovely surprises. The location was perfect, just steps away from the gorgeous beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The mosquitoes were very persistent and at times overwhelming. We recommend bringing lots of bug spray or wearing long clothing to avoid getting bitten.
